What's not in the box.

To keep prices flat and predictable, there are some things we don't include by default. If you need them, we'll quote it as an add-on. No surprises.

  • E-commerce / online store. We do it (Shopify, WooCommerce, custom), but it's project-priced because the scope varies wildly.
  • Custom logos, brand identity, or graphic design. We're a tech shop, not a design studio. We'll point you to people who do this well.
  • Copywriting. We can edit what you write, but ghost-writing isn't our thing.
  • Paid ads management. We can build the landing pages, but we don't run Google or Meta ads.
  • Emergency after-hours support. Business-day response is included; after-hours is a paid retainer if you need it.

  1. Free 15-min call. Tell us about your business, your current tech setup, and what's not working. We'll recommend a package.
  2. Onboarding (1-2 weeks once we have everything we need from you, longer if info trickles in). We get your domain, email, hosting, and site set up. We migrate your content. We train you on how to update things yourself.
  3. Live and maintained. You focus on the business. We handle hosting, security, backups, email, and the small stuff. Each month, you get a one-page report and a 30-min call if you want one.
  4. Pause or cancel any time. No setup fees on top of the build, no long-term contract. Stop paying and we hand everything back to you: domain, site, email. It's yours.

Do I have to pick a package to talk to you?

No. Book a free 15-minute call first. We'll look at your situation and recommend honestly. Including "you don't need us, here's how to do it yourself."

Can I switch packages later?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel any time. Just email us. The 50/50 build payment already paid stays put; the monthly fee adjusts.

What if I already have a website I like?

The AI Add-On ($199/mo) is built for exactly this. We drop the AI intake agent on top of whatever site you have. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or custom. Doesn't matter.

What if I already have email somewhere else?

We migrate it. Your existing emails, contacts, and calendars are all preserved. You keep using the same apps; just better infrastructure behind them.

Do you build the site, or do I?

We build it. You tell us about your business, send us photos and copy, and we handle the design and build. You see drafts before anything goes live.

What does the AI intake agent actually do?

Three things: (1) answers common questions about your services, hours, and pricing; (2) books appointments straight into your calendar; (3) captures contact info for things that need a human follow-up. It hands off to you when it doesn't know. No fake answers.

Will it sound like a robot?

We train it on your actual voice. If your business is warm and chatty, the agent is warm and chatty. If it's clinical and professional, the agent is clinical and professional.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Everything is yours from day one. Domain in your name, site files exportable, email accounts transferable, AI agent documentation included. We do the handoff for free. No hostage situation, no exit fee.

Do you work with businesses outside Texas?

Yes. Most of our work is Houston metro + Conroe/Willis, but we work with clients anywhere in the US. Everything's remote-friendly.

What if my business isn't on this list?

Book a call. We've worked with HVAC, med spas, dental, legal, real estate, restaurants, consultants, e-commerce, and a handful of things we couldn't have predicted. If your business has a website and a phone, we can probably help.
